About Me

While in Washington, D.C., I served on the staffs of three offices of Independent Counsel: David M. Barrett, investigating allegations concerning the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, where I served as a federal prosecutor; James C. McKay, investigating allegations concerning the United States Attorney General; and Donald C. Smaltz, investigating allegations concerning the United States Secretary of Agriculture. I also worked for a United States Congressman and a Member of Parliament in the British House of Commons.

I am proud that my daughter and son are both graduates of Montclair’s public school system. I have been very active in the Montclair School District and I volunteer to support the many events and fundraisers held for the schools. I presented Goldilocks v. The Three Bears, a mock trial for elementary school children where they learn firsthand how the court system works as a non-violent means to settle disputes
